Owner
Wally Dickey was born and raised in the Conejo
Valley. His mechanical ability, passion and love for
air conditioning and heating developed in my early
teens. His only job as an employee was with a
Thousand Oaks apartment complex repairing air
conditioning and heating systems.
In 1978 (Wally’s junior year at Newbury Park High
School) he started Conejo Valley Appliance, A/C and
Heating. His mom answered the phone on weekdays, and
he did service calls on weekends.
In 1981, it became a “Family Affair” when Wally’s
two brothers-in-law (Jim and Dan) joined in. A few
years ago they incorporated the business. Jim and
Dan took over Conejo
Valley Appliance and Wally continued on with Conejo
Valley Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.
Today, Conejo Valley Heating and A/C is the most
reputable air conditioning and heating companies in
the Conejo Valley. Mom still answers the phones, and
now they have a lot more help with sons, Branden and
Travis, joining the team.
The company has grown by leaps and bounds, but the
simple principles are still intact: Consistency,
Honesty, Professionalism, and Reputation - the main
reasons for our success. Since we stay within our
local area we are able to keep our small community
extremely happy.
Our customers tell their friends, relatives, and
neighbors. That's why our boundaries are exclusive
to: Calabasas to Camarillo, Thousand Oaks & Newbury
Park to Simi Valley, Westlake Village to Moorpark.
It's hard to beat the local
boy who has done well!
